The NSC Supervisor will oversee the operations of MP and the Process room platform during scheduled supervisor rotations. Supervisor will also be in charge of setting up production lines efficiently. The ideal candidate under the direction of immediate manager will; coordinate daily activities of assigned work force, shifts, and production units. 

Review production, maintenance, Quality, and other related information and confers with department supervisors to coordinate daily work activities
Monitors productivity and work performance and trains employees as necessary
At start-up, give instructions on production settings for the shift to the PDA’s
Monitor break and lunch schedules for assigned work force
Monitor scheduled rotation, and insure that it is being completed
Maintain manual or computerized records such as preventative maintenance logs and of in process production reports
Assist shift manger with end-of-shift reports
Conduct safety meetings as assigned
Complete work injury reports
Report safety hazards and prepares work orders for their correction
Monitor materials and resources required to complete assignments
Monitor and control movement of material on automated conveyor system
Arrange for repair and assembly of materials or parts
Perform other duties as assigned

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced, high pressure environment
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Knowledge of basic mathematical skills
Strong technical skills
Experience in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word and Access 
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent, from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Valid California Driver License and clean driving record

Two to four years of related experience or education or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Bilingual English/Spanish

Environmental exposure –Hot/wet conditions 
Material exposure-moving mechanical parts
Occasional exposure to fumes, airborne particles and vibrations
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time during the work period

2nd shift, when business requires overtime and weekends will be mandatory.
