Joaquin Valley, known for high-quality consumer brands and innovative products.
Bolthouse Farms is a market share leader in growing and distributing
carrots. In addition, Bolthouse Farms
produces and sells super-premium juices, smoothies, protein shakes and café
beverages under the Bolthouse Farms® brand name. In recent years, Bolthouse Farms diversified
its offerings by launching a line of premium refrigerated yogurt dressings and
extra virgin olive oil vinaigrettes. The Bolthouse Farms mission is to change the way people

The Sr Quality Manager
oversees day-to day quality and food safety through the management of quality
operations teams and is a critical player in the compliance in SQF programs. Ensures
that critical process points and records are audited to determine if they are
complete, accurate and meet specifications. Ensures that all fresh processing
locations are working under the company’s SQF management platform by leading
with honesty and team camaraderie.
- To assist our fresh plant operations in
the development, implementation and support of the company’s food safety
policies and systems in accordance with FDA, FSMA and SQF, etc
- Monitor and assist with customer quality
and food safety complaints and work with local management on thorough
follow up and action plans to ensure food safety risks are mitigated.
- Provide technical expertise and support
to the field on projects that pertain to food safety and/or quality
- Work with local management on ensuring
the company maintains compliance with all local state, federal and
- Establish and implement effective
- Work closely with Ag Ops and Ag Food
safety on incoming quality of raw material.
- Ensure pest control for all locations are
being monitored and that corrective actions are processed.
- Continuous monitoring of sanitation
trends for all locations.
- Ensure corrective actions and
preventative measures are applied and followed.
- Ensure physical plant inspections are
conducted on a monthly basis and reports are generated for each area.
- Drive out defects in the process through
collaboration with the production teams and leadership to prevent and
correct food safety and quality issues.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Possess and maintain technical and professional
knowledge as it relates to Regulatory Compliance, FSMA.
Prior auditing experience.
Proactive attitude and strong organizational
Outstanding leadership, communication, and

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Bilingual English/ Spanish.

B.S in Food Science or related field.
10 years of work related experience in food
industry, and/or produce industry.
GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative)
Degree or equivalent work experience
